OSMA is Now Hiring Sales People!

Job Notes:

OSMA is not your typical, mainstream, ‘boring’ company. So, OSMA does not look for the typical sales person then. The Original Sales Mentor App is a unique opportunity with unlimited earning potential as well as growth within the company. // This is a “remote”, work-from-home position. You will set your own hours and schedule, however results are required. OSMA will train the correct people that “fit” within the qualifications below and characteristics we seek.

Responsibilities

  • Please visit: https://OriginalSMA.com to learn about the product you will be selling.
  • This is Business-to-Business (B2B) sales. You will be mainly reaching into industries that employ a sales team.
  • Each User of the OSMA can download the app, just like any other app, but the app must be activated by a license. You will sell these activation licenses.
  • In short, you will be providing (to our clients) groups of licenses to cover each sales team member’s OSMA activation.
  • The possible commission for selling just one group of licenses can be $1,000 ! Imagine doing 10 of those each month! That is not a requirement. You will set your own goals.
  • You must absolutely believe in yourself and this product, and be confident and consistent. But do not be scared; you will be well trained, and have everything you need for strong success.
  • This is commission sales only. The main reason for this is motivation. Motivated sales people will easily earn high amounts of money. A salary base tends to make complacent sales people.
  • We want to be clear and spell out what to expect. Honesty, integrity, confidence, and perseverance are necessary. So, do you believe in yourself?

Qualifications

  • The main qualifications are: a confident and likable (bubbly) personality. Attitude is the main quality we seek!
  • You must understand and agree that if the potential buyer does not like you as a sales person, they will not buy anything from you. Your character is in your attitude.
  • If you believe in yourself (the person you are/your character) and are determined to make big money – with our continual training & support – then we will give you the opportunity.
  • Why do we focus on attitude and confidence and character? Because you are setting the stage for lifetime customers; you are the first impression of OSMA! And, the most successful people in life have these qualities.
  • If you speak more than one language, that is awesome, but not required.
  • Computer literacy is a must.
  • Age is not important, nor is any particular race, orientation, belief system or whatever. We like all people. Again, the most important qualities are: Attitude! Character! Emotional Intelligence! Confidence! Motivated towards Abundance in life, Perseverance! Consistency. We give you the rest!!
  • Sales experience is nice, but not an absolute requirement.
